A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm an order.  The remaining balance of 50% is due 2 weeks prior to the delivery date, at which point any desired changes to the design must be confirmed (changes after this point may incur extra fees).  Payment can be made in full when confirming an order if you wish.  Failure to complete payment within 5 days from the date of order confirmation may result in cancellation.  Deposits are non-refundable. For all orders placed less than 2 weeks in advance of the delivery date, a full non-refundable payment must be made to confirm.


Consultations are by appointment only and are not applicable to all orders. An appointment for a consultation and tasting must be agreed by email and the consultation fee of £30 must be paid in full 5 days prior to the consultation date or the appointment will be cancelled.


Prices are based on both the size and design of the cake, cupcake or biscuits.  All written and verbal price quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of confirmation.

Cancellations and alterations

If you have any queries or need to make any changes to an order please contact us immediately. We will assess your request and confirm if it is possible and any impact this will have on the price. Accepting any alterations is at the discretion of Maisy Grace. Alterations requested less than 2 weeks before completion may be subject to a surcharge.  We cannot refund the cost of any order cancelled with less than 2 weeks’ notice.  Orders paid in full and cancelled with more than 2 weeks’ notice will receive a partial refund of 50% of the total amount paid (the 50% deposit is non-refundable). In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your order or for any reason amend the confirmed design, then we will give you as much notice as possible and try to agree a suitable alternative. If you are not willing to accept our suggested alternative, then we will refund the full price to you.


Maisy Grace accepts no liability for cakes that are damaged after they have been delivered to the agreed location. For cakes delivered to venues, Maisy Grace requires a signed delivery note by the person in charge to say that the cake is in perfect condition.   Damages after this point are not the responsibility of Maisy Grace.  All cakes and biscuits are fragile and require care and attention when transporting, handling, storing, and displaying.  Please pay careful attention to our product information page if unsure.  Where samples of our products are shown to the client, the client hereby accepts that they consider such samples to be representative of the products.  Any description applied to the products is only given by way of identification and does not constitute a sale by description.
